This was one of the best classes that I have taken because the material that me go through highly relevent to almost any workplace. The memos to the emails, and from resumes to presentations. Everything comes into play at work.
There were a couple things that I definately learned in the class was Design and Content they are equally important. If you have a design that doesn't flow well for the reader they have to struggle to get through it, they will not be able to understand the message. If you have a well designed document but poor content, the reader will probably not have a clue what the message is.
I would recomend this class be a requirement for everyone to graduate, because everything we went over is a realy good introduction to Technical Writing that we will be doing for the rest of our lives!
